ندرك أهمية خصوصية وحماية
بياناتك وعليه نتخذ الإجراءات المعقولة لحفظها وحمايتها من الدخول غير المسموح، علماً

قد نجمعها منك/

باستخدامك Make me يكون لنا الحق في استخدام أي معلومات أو بيانات سواءً شخصية أو
غيرها والتي تمنحنا إياها أو لمستخدمين آخرين أو تكون مسجلة على التطبيق عند
التسجيل أو أثناء عملية تقديم الخدمات أو في منطقة الآراء والمراسلات أو من خلال
الرسائل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو عن طريق أي خاصية مستخدمة عبر التطبيق، وذلك من
أجل تحسين وإدارة التطبيق وطبقاً لاتفاقية المستخدم وسياسة الخصوصية.

كيفية استخدم البيانات الخاصة بك/

بهدف تحسين وتطوير خدماتنا نجمع ونحلل البيانات ونستخدم المعلومات الشخصية ومعلومات نشاط المستخدمين
وغيرها لا استكشاف الأخطاء ومعالجتها وفي قياس جودة الخدمة ولمصلحة خدماتنا، كما
نستخدم المعلومات الشخصية التي تقدمها لنا لتزويدك بالخدمات التي قمت بطلبها،
ولتزويدك ايضاً بخدمات لإعلان
ونتائج البحث ومحتويات غيرها مخصصة لك بالإضافة إلى غايات أخرى ذات علاقة.

يقوم فريق عملنا باتخاذ الإجراءات والتدابير المناسبة
والملائمة للمحافظة على معلوماتك الشخصية بشكل آمن يضمن حمايتها من الفقدان أو
الدخول غير المصرح به أو إساءة الاستخدام أو التعديل والإفصاح غير المصرح بهما، وذلك باستخدام تقنيات إلكترونية
دقيقة وإجراءات الأمان الملائمة والتحديث بشكل مستمر ودوري.

حتى نتمكن من مساعدتك في حماية معلوماتك الشخصية فإننا
نوصي بما يلي:

- الاتصال بنا بشكل فوري عندما تظن أن شخصاً
ما استطاع الحصول على كلمة السر الخاصة بك، أو رمز الاستخدام، أو الرقم السري، أو
أي معلومات سرية أخرى.

- لا تزود معلومات سرية عبر الهاتف أو شبكة
الإنترنت ما لم تعرف هوية الشخص أو الطرف المستقبل للمعلومة.

- استخدم متصفحا آمناً عند قيامك بإنجاز
المعاملات عبر الإنترنت مع إغلاق التطبيقات غير المستخدمة على الشبكة، وتأكد من أن
برنامج الحماية من الفيروسات محدث على الدوام.

المعلومات/

قد تقوم بطلب نسخة من البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها
لك عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني أو عبر التطبيق، ولحمايتك قد نطلب منك إثبات هويتك
قبل تقديم أي معلومات، ونحتفظ بالحق في رفض تقديم المعلومات المطلوبة إذا لم تقديم
الإثبات المطلوب.

الموقع الجغرافي/

قد يُطلب منك في بعض
الأحيان الموافقة على تحديد الموقع الجغرافي لك؛ للاستفادة من بعض الخدمات المقدمة
وتطبيقها.

الموافقة على سياسة الخصوصية/

استخدامك التطبيق يعني موافقتك على سياسة
الخصوصية هذه والضوابط والشروط التي تحكم التطبيق، فإذا لم تكن موافقاً على هذه
السياسة من فضلك لا تدخل أو تسجل أو تستخدم التطبيق.

حقوقك/

لك الحق في مطالبتنا في أي وقت بالكف عن استخدام
بياناتك الشخصية لأغراض تسويقية مباشرة، كما يمكنك في أي وقت حذف أو تعديل بياناتك
الشخصية المسجلة في حسابك على التطبيق.
